可以随时去洛杉矶环球影城，Getty博物馆，迪士尼玩. 开75分钟可以到圣地亚哥. 吃中餐去解放区的罗兰岗,Arcadia. 吃韩国餐去号称第二首尔的LA K-town 小西贡Garden Grove的越南餐价廉物美。
户外活动可以冲浪🏄♀️，Huntington Beach/Manhattan Beach，滑雪去Big Bear. 有巨大的户外购物中心Spectrum Center和Fashion island. 不要忘了西部最大的南海岸购物中心
尔湾居民主要是都是亚洲人(华人，韩国人）和白人. 治安和学区都非常好. 城市规划远胜湾区. 亚洲超市的物价非常便宜（相对于Bellevue/Seattle)

另外那边国人许多并不是留学生或者科技行业从业人员 绝大多数是月子中心，二奶村，华人留学移民中介，海外房产投资中介 或者直接退休的土豪阶级，所以中超和饭店价格极高，好处是基本可以不用英文 不会英文在当地生活完全没有任何问题

二万比Arcadia夏天凉快很多啊！而且Arcadia老，各种层次的房子都有。二万没住过，只去逛吃逛吃过。
想气候好不要去离开海岸线超过10miles。其实过了5miles就夏天热很多，冬天还会有霜冻如果在靠近山谷的地方。

实在是忍不住回一下这层，central NJ 85w不是小黑屋的房子遍地有，至少半亩绿地，3000尺以上是没问题的。即使普林斯顿这样的好学区，也不至于85w买不到个townhouse，但是地税高是真的，这也是NJ被很多人诟病的一个地方，但是相应的收入也普遍高。虽说我也并不从各个方面喜欢NJ，但是实事求是总是要的
