是啊，现场参与过的跟书上读以前的例子感受完全不一样 现场看球赛跟家里看重播的差别
猜猜GME大部分的股票在谁手里？机构还是散户？猜猜散户里面有没有“急功近利”的，急吼吼想套利的？
120%的short一是relative to float。strategic investor的份额没有算在分母，他们倒是很有可能lend out shares，机会对了cash out也是可能。GME的float是72%好像，这样算来是总shares outstanding的85%左右。
第二这个数据可能不准确的。大家看到的120%应该是根据交易所的数据算出来的。NYSE最近的short interest数据是1/27公布的，settlement date是1/15。这个数据两个月收集一次，due date一周以后 available。这样说来120%反映的1/16到1/20的状况。你可能记得，上一个short to float的number是144%，大概就是月初左右的，两周就下降了20%，现在应该更低了。IHS Markit会有daily的data，美国公司的数据应该比较准确的，不过费用相当高。如果WSBers用的是这个数据，那里面大概率是有机构投资背景的，而且是非常有钱的。
GME是被heavily shorted了，short squeezes也make sense。但是不要意气用事，或者讲情怀。谁知道那些WSBers到底是什么人？说不定是原来GME的shareholder来出货的呢？就算他们不是，一大群互不认识的人现在守住了这个盟约。short sellers实在不行，declare bankruptcy，赔上公司口袋里的钱，lender（很有可能是pension funds等长期持有者）take a hit，position closed。或者lender一算不划算，让他们加一点钱延长loan。时间久了，没有交易，新闻热度下去了，股票价格也不上去了，联盟就容易垮。慢慢就会有人开始sell，大的机构甚至可以利用dark pool。before you know it，your $300shares become $30。
所以，don't get personal，见好就收吧。

昨天晚上直播的Chamath YouTube 采访，没有cover完。他的数据肯定是付费得来准确的，不是随便网上google的。具体多少没cover完，有没有新招救它们，会squeeze成啥样，下周一开始看。我没觉得华人上买个门票的一定要赚多少钱。
带垮整个股市也夸张了，就几天而已，等short降到100%就差不多了。另外不懂为什么空头要不行了，gme就必须增发。那gme快不行的时候，空头也没收手啊
gme当然可以不增发，那就等空头都破产。然后呢，背后的机构先一步索利退出，剩下的小散们争相卖股或者站岗。就看谁跑得快呗。
空头破不破产最后总得看谁跑得快，那当然是空头先把钱吐掉之后大家跑得容易一点。
空头一分钱没吐出来呢大家就踩踏的话那岂不是白折腾这么久了？
