记者从北京法院审判信息网获悉，去年3月，新冠肺炎疫情暴发期间，带着全家从美国回京、服药退烧，登机后隐瞒发热咳嗽等症状的输入病例黎某，被北京顺义法院以妨害传染病防治罪，判处有期徒刑一年，缓刑一年。

She did a wrong thing but she did not break the law. Her life was destroyed. I am not sure she can even return to USA due to the criminal record.
