大家能说下你们的refi 利率是多少吗？

如题，想比较一下。最好说下loan amount, State,是否有point 和fee.
我，loan amount 1mil, CA, no point no fee, 30 year fix, 2.75% 自住。Just closed today.

2.5%, 自住房，544k, NC,没有origination fee，no point, $4999 lender’s credit，30 year''s fixed，有$1900左右的title fee, recording fee之类的，要交8个月的Escrow fund（保险和物业税），在better.com quote的。

今天agent主动来联系我，说7/1 ARM jumbo 2.625%，我觉得这也太高了，没做

2.25% 30年 450k+ 总共closing fee付了大概2000多的样子。CA。

我这个就是Chase 做的。打电话给BofA， 他们只能给到3%. 25万存款降了0.125%

跟我今天锁的差不多，最近利率是往上涨了点。

30yr fixed, 2.75, WA, no point no fees. Better.com和amerisave两家竞价来的，最后选了better。

半年后可以再refinance一层

700K， 2.5% 30YR FIXED, no point no fee

750k , 2.125% 15年 fixed，no point no fee

490K, 2.375%, 15 years fixed, no point, no fee.

我想问一下，这个no point no fee的no fee是指no organization cost，但是还是有那些service fee的，如appraisal, attorney之类的，还是说连这些fees都cover掉了？
