请问有收到过saks的shipping refund的吗？很快请教个问题

之前被saks扣了return shipping fee. 跟客服反映后一段时间收到了refund being issued的email， 大概是在12/23左右。 但是至今也没收到refund。 所以问问看大家一般多久这种shipping refund 到账啊？ 还是说即便收到email confirmation， 也收不到refund。 ：） 那样的话，我就算了，不准备烦了。

可以dispute信用卡。

一样的情况，今天打电话follow up了，说根本没issue refund，然后说重新refund， 3-5天，我打算5天再收不到dispute 信用卡，没有它家这样的，place order之后加钱

同样的情况，邮件收到说会退款，三周了信用卡上也没有看到退款，真不明白它家这是啥操作

2个星期左右到账吧。 我因为看版上说用shoprunner会收shipping fee，就查了一下我的订单，发现有3个订单被charge了shipping fee。和第一个客服联系报了3个订单号，只退了我一个订单的钱，另外两个订单的没退。于是又联系一个客服报了2个订单号，还是退了一单运费。我前天刚联系了第三个客服。 他们这些客服好像就是提个request，后续有其他人处理，而这些人比较懒，一次就处理一个订单。

对他家已经完全失望了，放弃了
