请问房子这种裂缝和烟囱要紧吗？

裂缝右下是个火炉，通烟囱。房子是1970年的

看了有点担心。 是地震区吗？我家也有这种裂缝， 不过没这么宽。

这么大，要买的话加contingency，foundation inspection

“I think the house is in pretty good condition structurally.   The crawlspace and the attic space both look good including the foundation and roof structure.   There is definitely an issue with the chimney that will probably need to be addressed. I’ve attached a picture of the expandable foam I was talking about last night in the text. It looks like the chimney has pulled away from the structure of the house.”
