打疫苗之前需要检测是否是covid-19 negative吗？需要检测是否已经有抗体吗？如果已经感染了病毒的人打了疫苗会怎么样？

不检验 剩下的问题不知道，感觉没啥关系

正在有症状的不让打吧，如果是已经痊愈有抗体的，我觉得没关系啊，本身就打两针呢。

如果三个月之内感染过打疫苗可能效果不大，还浪费一针，不妨等三个月以后再打保护期更加延长一些。当然在疫苗过剩的时候就无所谓了。现在不是紧张吗？
