bear arms 是指 “拥有” 武器，不代表可以带着武器去 peacefully assemble。

带枪去的目的是什么？胁迫议员？武装夺权？毛选看多了吧？而且又不是只有极右红脖子才会用枪，有什么好牛B的？民兵组织在警察和军队面前跟一群玩过家家的小孩没有任何区别，你们啥也改变不了，只会给自己惹巨大的麻烦。

DC属于联邦政府，虽然它地处VA州. VA州今年一月五号开始会加紧枪支管理，之前不是。 具体条款还在拟定之中。 所以，从这一点，DC是没有错的， 而进入VA州可以带枪，进入DC就必须要遵守DC特区的规定。
