肯定不能用了，还不如现在立即在美国给你妈办绿卡。早点过来。说不定比大使馆批签证然后回家还快点。
我记得以前公布过疫情期间以前所有签证都作废了。要新发的签证才可以。

官方的政策还只是14天。至于地方上是什么政策就不知道了。
是啊！ 楼主是一个人回去吗？ 一个人在这种情况下隔离这么久实在是不容易。节哀🙏
确认不能用，你现在尽快申请人道主义签证，最快一周能办下来，然后买机票走，到国内还得至少隔离14天。
隔离的例外是给洋皮的，很多地方还要二次隔离
