也就是说我不能随时辞职？还是要保住这份工作的，是吧？
一年到了 如果绿卡还没下来 就再申请ead卡 很简单的。 如果面试不通过或者期间违反了规定 绿卡会被revoke。但是这个几率很低很低。
快过期了ead combo卡要申请延期的 不申请就作废了

当然，如果新雇主愿意给转H1B, 更好。如果能有新H1B, 就不要靠pending的485.
如果没记错应该是用了485 ead不能境内转h1b，要出境签h1b再回来
