We are using LIngoACE to learn Chinese

2 issues 1) The teacher is always late 3-10 minutes for every class 2) We submit the homework but she did not check. Later she asked us to submit the homework through wechat but she did not check until I asked her how it is. She said she could not find the homework and asked me to submit again. Is that common in LingoACE?

That is what I worried as well. Plus this teacher. She lost the homework many times. Not happy at all

淘宝上有很多小学在职老师做语文家教，不想买那么多课的可以看一下

这个真的是看老师。 我家老大老二有一阵都同时在上lingoace,老大的老师从来不改作业，上课迟到也比较多；老二的老师每次都按时进入课堂，如果小朋友迟到了，还会再群里喊“上课啦” ，每次作业都改，而且会纠错！ 老大一看弟弟的老师这么好，有情绪了，嫌他的老师不看他的作业，后来我就找学管老师抱怨了，抱怨完还是不怎么改，让发微信群里也是石沉大海一样，后来刚好老大这学期比较忙，就停了，打算暑假再继续上，但是打算要求换老师。

I just searched in LingoACE website but I did not find Deng Kehan. Also the other teacher Ruan Tingting, I could not find her either. Does LingoACE hide all the good teachers?

Thank you! I will try to find a replacement. From the last 2 teachers that friends recommended here, I could not find them in LingoACE. I guess LingoACE hide all good teachers. They only leave those who are available on website
