极简版圣诞烤鹅,一共8步。祝大家圣诞快乐!!!
Step 1: take the fat, neck and giblets out of the cavity of the goose.
Step 2: prick the skin of the goose (4.5kg) to release the fat.
Step 3: massage salt and five-spice powder into the skin of the goose. 
Step 4: preheat the oven to 230 °C (210 °C with fans).
Step 5: place the goose into the oven.
Step 6: roast the goose for 15 minutes at 230 °C (210 °C with fans).
Step 7: reduce the temperature to 180 °C (160 °C with fans) for 180 minutes.
Step 8: remove the goose from the oven and rest for 30 minutes.
