谢谢妹妹,我是跟娃打篮球的时候跑太急没站稳摔到了,整个人都趴地上了😓,手掌着地,左手有伤到。回家马上用冰敷了,没有肿起来,但外侧和手掌疼,使不上力,头两天连辫子都扎不起来。第三天的时候还是去医院拍了x-ray,当时觉得外侧手背疼的厉害,手掌好像是肉疼,医生就从手背的各个方向给拍了,片子没给我,就告诉我说骨头没有异常,回家康复,跟楼下妹妹发的那个p.r.i.c.e基本一样。现在都两周了,手个别角度的使用可以了,但拿筷子,握拳啥的时候很疼。觉得手外侧好像有跟筋拉着,连到当时着地的手掌部位。像是肌肉拉上,也不知道除了p.r.i.c.e有什么好的制法,请妹妹家专家给点建议。由于是左撇子,平时生活工作都需要这只手,看着着急😂
