有申请给爸妈延期被DENY 的吗？ 上来问下怎么办 顺便提醒大家记得更新USCIS CASE

我妈妈去年过来，因为总所周知的原因在3月10号后买不到机票，我帮她申请了I-539 延期到九月10号。 我们幸运的给她买到九月4号的机票走了，然后因为家里面的小娃一直忙着，我没有给她USCIS 的案子UPDATE 她的离境，结果今天收到了USCIS 的CASE UPDATE ,给她REJECT 了。 信里面的拒绝原因是因为BIOMETRICS 没约。 我妈的十年B2 签证还有好几年才过期，有没有懂一点移民法的姐妹帮我看一下这个会不会影响她的再次入境，我需不需要给她申请动议APPEAL 这个REJECTION ?
也提醒一下姐妹们不要像我这么懒，爸妈一但走了立刻记得USCIS 更新 。

update: (1) 我妈妈九月四号回国，USCIS 给她BIOMETRICS 的APPT 是九月11号，我妈妈无论无何都不可能去的 （2） CASE REJECTION 的原因是因为没有去成BIOMETRICS
 A review of official records shows that you departed the United States on September 4, 2020. Since you have departed the United States, you will be unable to satisfy the biometric requirement of the Form I-539. Regulations require all applicants on a Form I-539 attend a biometric appointment at their nearest ASC. USCIS is denying your application as a matter of discretion. Should you seek to re-enter the United States as a B nonimmigrant, you will be required to establish your admissibility again and be granted admission as a B2 nonimmigrant by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Therefore, your application is denied. This decision is without prejudice to consideration of subsequent applications to extend/change nonimmigrant status filed with USCIS.

应该不会影响的， 在pending期间等待都是合法的。Appeal 没意义的，因为已经出境了，extend也没意义了。 记得带申请信和拒绝信，下次入境。

关注! 我爸妈也在收到打指纹之前就回去了。请问现在要怎么update case啊?USCIS网站上面没有这个选项啊。

这个reject的意思应该只是说延期无需受理了吧

我之前打了两个电话到USCIS,说可以withdraw application. 下次就带着申请的receipt入境

我前段时间问了uscis的online 客服（人工的），说的是不需要withdraw case，下次入境把申请receipt拿好就行了

如何update 我妈妈已经回去了但是延期还没有任何动作 是可以在补充材料那里写吗 提交什么比较好？机票？出镜入境章？

mm不要覺得自己沒做好。 我都寫了兩封信去uscis withdraw了， 石沉大海。uscis的效率超慢， 所以你寄了都不一定有用
