就跳着看了第一个视频，那什么，我非常欢迎你们（那些搞这些视频，传播这些视频，相信这些视频的人）不再使用电脑手机平板甚至电视。只是请不要打扰我使用这些。 不是生化那边的，所以就只能一目十行的看了下claims。Ebola那个application本身是abaond状态，所以没有patented（当然有看到2个children application是patented了） 艾滋第二个claim的是detection of antibodies，而不是艾滋病毒本身。第一个非生化专业无法判断和艾滋病毒的关系（但是claim的是method，而不是病毒）


SARS那个和艾滋的第二个类似，claim的不是SARS病毒，而是isolated SARS virus nucleic acid molecule  （人为变种/修改后？）
一个专利被保护（patented的内容）就只有claims的部份。即使某个专利本质上就是某某自然（形成的）病毒，但是在claims部分，根据文字/语言的用法，这个专利application还是有可能被allow的。
