写Self-evaluation 这个问题怎么回答好？

年底了，我们要自己提交一份self-evaluation来评价自己今年的工作。其中一个问题是： what skills or behavior would enable this person to perform at a higher level or make a more positive impact on the team?
好发愁，总不能自己写自己具体不好的地方吧。如果写hope to continue to develop my leadership skill? 好像也没回答。想求指教！

有没有想参加的tech training，想拿的证书？也可以写对biz strategy更了解什么的。哪里感兴趣就写哪里，并不是要你写自己的不足。

可以这么想：你平时想要的（比如其他部门，产品）training，development opportunities。 我自己能说一大推出来，就看公司怎么满足我。
