请问这些买房费用大概需要多少钱？

公司提供relocation，cover买房的这些费用，需要用搬家公司合作的agent才有这些福利。 我的另一个选择就是找中国人agent，可以有up to 0.5-1%的rebate，现在想比较一下公司提供的relo benefit是不是超过了一般的agent rebate？假设买的房子在boston，1.5M的话（和房价有关系吗）？谢谢！

嗯，哪个费用最高呢？加起来有1万么？如果没有的话其实agent rebate似乎更多了，尤其是对于超过1M的房子

我感觉这些费用里最高的就是loan origination fee，这个费用取决于你用什么样的贷款以及什么样的条款。有些loan就是没有origination fee，当然羊毛也出在羊身上，估计利率什么的会高一些；有些loan有origination fee，高达几千$. 剩下的大多是些小钱，每样几十几百的。我不在Boston,各inspecition 加起来将近$1000。剩下的交易过户相关的我印象中也不是太高。你要是能找到可以给rebate的agent，不妨问问agent这些费用有多少钱。

Loan agent 和 real estate agent可以是不同的人 我是两边都要给rebate/credit才可以
p.s 我是选择太多 而且我的agent不用干活 从头到尾都是我自己进行的 只是我没有license不qualify commission
