嗯,哪个费用最高呢?加起来有1万么?如果没有的话其实agent rebate似乎更多了,尤其是对于超过1M的房子
我感觉这些费用里最高的就是loan origination fee,这个费用取决于你用什么样的贷款以及什么样的条款。有些loan就是没有origination fee,当然羊毛也出在羊身上,估计利率什么的会高一些;有些loan有origination fee,高达几千$. 剩下的大多是些小钱,每样几十几百的。我不在Boston,各inspecition 加起来将近$1000。剩下的交易过户相关的我印象中也不是太高。你要是能找到可以给rebate的agent,不妨问问agent这些费用有多少钱。
