相反，Trump在台上这几年，中国人占H1B的比例越来越多。 15年只有1万5中国人拿到H1B，19年已经2万5了。 哈里斯肯定会被印度ICC贿赂，中国H1B的好日子就到今年结束了。
这是事实不是想法，H1B每年留下来的人数按国籍是有统计的。
现在H1B申请人数一半以上是印度ICC，不限制这些人，拼抽签中国人靠人数根本拼不过。
