Just do 2 wires before the closing. I suggest you wire at least 1 day before closing (meaning the wire should arrive 1 day before), and to avoid last minute amount change, wire a bit more than your CD shows. That way you don''t have to do a third wire.. They will mail you a refund check later.

要问lender,按照他们的要求来,不然会影响funding
第一种办法没问题,每次买房都这样,因为一般checking不会放那么多钱的。
第二个办法!两个账户分别wire transfer,就多付一次的transfer fee。我建议你快close了不要对银行账户做太大的变动。之前提供两个银行给银行审核,现在就从这两个账户转相应amount的钱。千万不要节外生枝。

其实做贷款时不建议把大额的钱转来转去,虽然解释一下也无所谓。
楼主这个根本不是问题,不管她是用几个银行去wire,还是用一个完全没展示过的银行去wire,都没问题(比如做loan时显示了银行A,但wire是从银行B send的,lender从来不知道B的存在)。
如果为了省一个wire fee,可以提前并一下,比如用张最简单的支票之类,但一定要提前足够时间,让资金clear。
