这次面试BQ时候的惊呆了

居然问我对于diversity exclusion/inclusion有什么看法 你们公司对于这个有什么政策 诚惶诚恐的回答说不容忍任何歧视，我们要多招black people
求bless

不歧视难道不是应该公平对待吗？不管什么肤色 如果说要多招某些种族 难道不也是一种歧视吗？

民主党上台，相信以后这种情况会越来越多，大家为了糊口只能屈服

I believe my cross culture experience and my ability to interact with people from various backgrounds can help me be successful in a diverse community. in addition, as a woman(from minority) I appreciate that BQ(ur company) is emphasizing on diversity and takes into consideration of gender differences in work force. This reinforce my excitement to join the team, and contribute knowledge from my perspective.

所以就不该招楼主呗

楼主就不应该单指任何一个族裔，用minority替代不好吗？

显然楼主是面试官啊。对方是什么族裔？据我的经验中青年女性白人对D&I最为关心，反而minorities很少问这个问题。

首先，没有搞懂楼主是去被面试还是做面试官。这个逻辑性，回答问题成这样，也不奇怪。

楼主什么思路啊……美国这个移民社会问问你对这个问题的看法不是再正常不过了吗？很多大学招发考题都要一份diversity statement问对这个问题的看法。楼主的回答一看就是想法浅薄，你自己也是移民来的啊
