因为别人不像川普这样一惊一乍的。比如他早上发推，说Wayne county 71%的选票对不上（it is still 71% out of balance），其实是有71%的缺席投票选区收到的选票数和数出来的选票数对不上，都是只有个位数的区别。 这样的小误差每年都有，以前没人拿这个当回事。2016年希拉里在密歇根只输了一万多票，也有59%的选区对不上（这是所有选区的数字。一般缺席投票选区对不上的概率会大一些）。希拉里也没把这个当成舞弊的证据。

可以确认的是，这是recount手动点票的时候出得错。第一次点出一万多张，检查的人觉得不对，马上第二次重点，实际是一千多张。
