呃，美国的医学院有两个track, DO(Doctor of Osteopathy) 和 MD(Doctor of Medicine)都是医学学位，DO不是整骨专业，与MD理念有所不同，但是课程设置是一样的，毕业也可以参加USMLE考试，可以申请各个科室方向的住院医培训不限于骨科。这位医生并不是"整骨"医生而是Emergency Medicine，在这种情况下还算合适。
