We plan to submit a complaint letter addressed to the California Bar Association to report the egregious misconduct of Yuming Bao (State of California Bar License Number #233530) in light of recently surfaced media report regarding his prolonged sexual abuse of his underage stepdaughter and interference with related criminal investigations. The State Bar of California shall have ZERO TOLERANCE toward sexual misconduct and interference of justice. Given the egregious nature of Bao’s misconduct and moral turpitude, we strongly urge the California Bar to consider disciplinary measures against Bao, including revoking his license. 据其本人个人网站介绍，本科毕业后，他在天津一家香港投资集团担任董事长助理，协助管理房地产、酒店、餐饮娱乐等投资立项和前期准备。接触到律师这一职业后，“发现是个值得奋斗终生的行业”，通过短短两个多月的准备通过了中国律师资格考试，并于1996年取得律师执照。
此后，鲍毓明加入了一家天津的律师事务所，并在一年内成为“天津市最年轻的合伙人律师”。在工作之余，1999年，鲍毓明获得了天津大学管理科学与工程专业硕士学位。
2000年起，鲍毓明受美国同行之邀前往纽约律师行工作，为海外客户提供中国法律服务。在执业期间，他被纽约长岛商学院聘为兼职讲师。
据其本人介绍，2004年他通过了美国加州律师资格考试并取得美国律师执照。2008年成为美国联邦最高法院出庭律师。其间，还于2001年获得美国桥港大学计算机硕士学位。
2006年，鲍毓明回到中国，分别在香港南华集团、美国新闻集团和思科集团的公司内担任法务负责人。此后加盟杰瑞集团。
