看到今天新闻说今年选举如果两边候选人都达不到270票的话可能要由house按one vote per state来选，好像是很早以前宪法有过这么一个amendment，关注了吗？pelosi好像很想避免经由congress或者supreme court决定，希望能在house就解决。
