It is for well trained musicians to learn from master musicians. Not for beginning students. If you want a thorough coverage for adult learners, look at The Great Course. Not sure if there are any courses on fashion and design, but there are plenty on photography. With a bit of digging, you can find free downloads of either series (MC and TGC) online. MC is also offering a $1 membership for year 1 to new members with edu email addresses.
