出租房地毯换地板，大家给推荐一个吧，多谢啦

vinyl plank

用 laminate wood floor 吧，比木地板便宜，而且容易清洁，现在颜色选择还多。
万一用脏刮花了，再换也容易。

Vinyl flooring is a 100-percent synthetic material. Laminate flooring is similar but it’s core is made from wood byproducts bonded with resins.

这个防水，更贵些。Laminate怕水

用vinyl plank吧。Costco有时候还打折的，6毫米带pad.

多谢大家 朋友给推荐spc，说是更硬一点，也是防水的吗？ 有没有性价比好的推荐一下啊？网上各种价位的都有，但不知道差别在哪里？谢谢大家
