Predatory lending! You can't get the rate they advertise without buying points! On top of it, they are surcharging Fannie Mae a head of time. Other lenders don't do that! I feel sad for people who fall on their practices.
不知道要花多少钱买points。

我用了他们refinance.刚close. 不需要买点，就是他们主页上的那个rate. 他们客服说他们是有一个接受银行的pool,所以不一定会卖给谁 我的貌似是南加的一个local bank.
