refinance中，为什么APR和interest rate相差这么多？

刚刚问了一个利率,是no points and low closing fees，
interest rate: 2.79% APR: 3.099% Points: 0.000% Closing cost: $295.0
很奇怪，为什么no points and no fees 的 apr 和 rate也能差这么多呢？是不是有什么hidden cost要我们付呢？有牛人能看一下这个怎么回事吗？谢谢

你仔細看一下那些cost的細分。 貌似有什麼hidden cost
