椰子油就是很烂的油啊。饱和脂肪酸比例超高。
好的油应该是饱和脂肪酸比例超低,然后不饱和脂肪酸里omega 3的比例越高越好,omega 6比例越低越好。
按这图里显示的,红色越长越烂,蓝色越长越烂,橙色越长越好。所以flaxseed oil这种才是好油。哪怕考虑燃烟点,也该用canola oil这种油。coconut oil就是纯粹的垃圾食品,最差最烂的油。
我估计是因为椰子油和猪油都是纯白的太不政治正确
但蔗糖也是垃圾食品,你一天吃几十克就足够带来很多坏处了。

效果好吗?头发具体有什么好的变化呢?我买过一大瓶,用来护发,有一搭没一搭地用。没看出啥明显效果啊,不知道是不是没有一直坚持用的原因。我发量比较多。 还有,用来做做精油按摩的底油是什么意思?除了抹这个,再抹其他精油吗?那会不会串味啊?椰子油味道还蛮大的。

我老掉头发,我的一个同事就告诉我,她们那从小就用椰子油护理头发。她是二十几岁小女孩,头发又黑又多不稀奇。另外一印度同事,也是有这种传统地区的人,都六十多了,发量超多,也很黑,但我不知是不是染了。我就遇到这俩印度同事,样本低。
谢谢分享。就是防止脱发吗?那我无所谓了,发量本来就多。其实头发太黑也不好看,还得染色,才显洋气。 我的头发偏干,原来指望抹椰子油,能保湿,增加柔顺的。但目前没看出来有什么效果。

我从网上看来的方子——蛋黄一个,和蛋黄等量的椰子油,涂在头发上,过二十分钟洗掉。蛋黄有点腥味,为了去腥我会自己加一点护发用的精油,迷迭香、薰衣草、天竺葵之类。这方子特别适合减肥时顺带用,蛋黄热量高,一个鸡蛋,蛋白拿来吃,蛋黄拿来涂头发,物尽其用。
底油是用来调精油的。精油不能直接用在皮肤上,需要底油来作溶剂调稀;最后浓度大概也就5% - 10%而已。串味就串串啦,又不是吃的。
我老印同事说就是直接头皮头发抹,她们能留整天,有人敢顶着油出门。我试过受不了味道,改用argon oil,锻炼之前抹上,锻炼完了洗掉。其实也有油乎乎味道,不忍留时间太长。老印用椰子油,橄榄油甚至强生婴儿油的都有,我试过用婴儿油,味道小但会起疙瘩,放弃。
噢,原来还可以加蛋黄,刚刚查了一下,貌似对增加头发光泽度有好处。下次试试。我就是有点犯懒,每次都直接将椰子油直接抹头上,但是那油腻腻的感觉很不舒服,所以不能坚持用。

如果每天吃几十克油,啥油都好不了。如果每个月吃几十克椰子油,也不会死在椰子油上。
