Wells Fargo checking 可以ACH 其它银行吗？

请有Wells Fargo personal checking account mm回答一下：我一个新租客只有Wells Fargo 个人账户，我希望她付我房租可以set up ACH to Chase Bank. 结果她回复说，Wells Fargo personal checking 不可以设置 ACH 到我个人的Chase checking。 请问大家，有这种说法吗？

什么是ACH？虽然不懂什么是ACH，但是你的租客说的是实话 Wells Fargo好像是不能设置自动付给外人的电子付款

对啊 zelle啊！

zelle usually is capped at 10K. ACH too at 100K (depends on banks). ACH cost mula if initiated from wellsfargo, I think but you can always pull from outside wellsfargo (in this case, Chase).
P.S. I just re-read the original post. ACH is for same person transfer (owner(s) have to match between the source and destination) so between two zelle is the only choice. The other obvious choice is have your tenant deposit a paper check from wellsfargo into your chase account.

ACH transfer require same owner on both accounts. However, tenant might be able to do a bill-pay which sometimes utilizes ACH (and many times they just send a check).

为什么不用cozy收房租

传统的ACH是指bank to bank transfer processed by automated clearing house network，send ACH都是从business account。但你租客付你房租最好的方法就是bill payment。租客设置金额，delivery date和frequency，银行定期寄一张支票给你。这样双方都有tracing。而且billpay是免费的service。 zelle之类的也可以，好处是账户到账户，不需要存支票；不好就是每笔transaction和30天汇款额度都有限制。像纽约之类的城市，一个月的租金要分两次甚至三次多次给的情况很多，有时前后两个transactions还得间隔三天，特别麻烦。有的银行还不给设置recurring zelle transfer，每个月都得manually process the transfer。
