有看到帖子说拿到2.5%，可是我的agent 说拿不到，今天2.75%建议lock. （loan $370k, 坐标 CA)
请问有了解的朋友吗？

请问有fee吗？ 我purchase才给2.875 no point no fee. purchase应该利率更低吧。
