以前对Ikea客服感觉还好,这次真是太惊讶了…… 6月下的单,在Ikea网上买了几百块的东西,付了几十块的delivery fee,预定了最早的8月初送货 等到8月送货那天,没送来也没人联系我。于是,我昨天和今天给客服打电话,真是非常痛苦地等待…… 几十个电话,往往按完几个键后,就直接就断了。花了几个小时,终于和客服说上话。又花了45分钟,客服说:“第三方送货公司会给我打电话,重新预定送货时间,同时,客服已经申请给我免去delivery fee。”我还挺高兴的…… 但打完电话没多久,就收到下面的邮件: Your order has been cancelled Dear valued customer, Thank you for your online order with IKEA. We are sorry it has taken longer than usual to process it. Like other businesses, we have been impacted by COVID-19 in many ways and we are working to support our co-workers while meeting the needs of our customers. With the increased volume of online orders and new safety processes in our warehouses, we are experiencing significant delays with delivery and customer service response times. At the same time, we made a technology upgrade to our ordering system that resulted in a delay in order fulfillment. Unfortunately, because of the problem and the length of the delay in processing your order, we will be cancelling your order and issuing a refund to your original payment method. We know this is not what you’ve come to expect from us and for that we are very sorry. We hate to disappoint you, especially when you need things in your home more than ever. Please know, we are making changes to improve the experience going forward and we promise to keep working on it. Please note, due to increased volumes it may take up to 14 days to receive your refund to your original payment method. It is always our goal to provide the best customer experience possible, and we know this time we just aren’t meeting your expectations. 最最便宜的是小件,能走USPS,有时20块搞定。如果有家具类或者其他没法USPS的,就得送货上门,49是最低一档的
很久以前买的家具太多了,选了宜家送货上门服务,差不多每种家具都少送一两样。太差了。
我的ikea送到了,damage了不止一件东西,包括大件,客服怎么也打不通,写邮件也不回,只能等疫情好些去店里退换了,还要把个大家具搬过去。非常生气,再也不会在ikea网上买大件了
买了个书架,给deliver错了,客服怎么也打不通,唯一打通的一次让等待然后直接挂掉,现在还要自己跑一趟去还
