注:   *Chia seeds 一天不要食用过多,2大勺以内为好。   *做好后静至30分钟左右即可食用,放在冰箱几个小时后更有pudding的感觉。Chia seeds pudding 可在冰箱存放四五天。   *最好选用原味希腊酸奶,plain Greek yogurt 完全没有额外加糖,这样可以根据自己的需求来加适量的蜂蜜调节甜度与卡路里。   *市售的chia seeds一般不用洗,也不太好洗,不容易操作。
