有一个小小房，需要卖掉，有现金Offer. 请问需要注意那些事情呢？金额不大。我需要请律师吗？完全没有经验。。。

你没有agent吗？我觉得找一个listing agent比较好，那边就都处理了

Does not matter if it is cash offer or not as long as there is no contingency on the offer. Real estate lawyer is always preferred to cover your bases. If you have not done any transactions before, lawyer up.

Agent or not doesn't matter either, I think. But if you are a novice you do need a lawyer.

Lz需要找一个flat rate realtor agent帮你写合同，双方分别签字，大概几百块。然后找title company负责收钱过户。很简单的
