可以在这儿发一个招聘小广告吗？ HR岗位，最好有三年相关工作经验。地點是Pomona , CA。 下面是她给的job description 和requirements. 有兴趣的朋友可以站内联系。我会把你的resume转发给她。谢谢！ ----------------------------------------- Human Resource Specialist Responsibilities • Operate daily HR functions and duties • Maintain and generate employee personal files, physically and electronically on internal electronica HR systems • Build and execute employee recruiting/terminating procedures, including new recruit package and documents, terminating documents, background check, etc. • Manage employee’s working time records, leave of absence, sick and vacation, etc. • Initializing and managing employee-related SOPs, HR policy update to meet government laws, performance review, internal promotion, etc. • Provide salary/benefits related assistance to managers • Administering HR-related letters and reports with EDD and other government departments • Generate periodic HR reports, organization chart, employee absence, turnover rates, overtime, etc. • Assist with operations administration tasks, such as expense applications, supplies ordering, license registration as needed • Any other duties as assigned Key Skills and Qualifications • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong Administration Skills • Ability to work under the pressure • Basic knowledge of HR-related laws and policies • Independent, efficient and good team player • Strong attention and sense of working environment and atmosphere • College degree and above • More than 2 years HR relevant experience is a plus • Knowledge of computer applications software (e.g. MS word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • About Us We are the leading brand at worldwide market for storage and the solutions of virtualization, edge computing and cloud applications.
