我只能说要先懂法。去看看demonstic partner的法律，就知道这种情况的财产判决和结婚是一样的。 还是被女方用歧视性的法律和国家机器的绞索套上了。

你没有抓到point。法律从来都没有要求结婚才能生孩子。 要点是法律对财产分配的问题。Partner关系也是有对男性歧视的法律。
你没有抓到point.我都说了，法律讲的是证据，你跟你女朋友生一堆娃，你跟你女朋友各自住各自的（文件上来看，没有一起的租约，没有共同账户没有合买的固定资产），那么你对你女朋友没有obligation,你女朋友对你也没有，你们俩增加的obligation都是对孩子的。
另外，公正的说合法夫妻或者注册同居关系，法律by default照顾的是经济能力弱的一方，不是歧视男性。 但是现在法律蛮健全得了，无论结婚还是合法同居都可以起草额外的文件保证这段关系失效以后自己不在经济上吃亏。 本身美国倡导的价值观就是对家庭付出的人也是有价值的，人的价值不是单从Salary上来的，当然现在golddigger codedigger不少无论男女，所以入市风险prenup盛行也可以理解。

是的。不能住一起，也不能用同一个地址，也不能有共同账户。 要尽量尽量的隔离。 只是我不知道，索男能不能找到这样的华女。
abc好多都是这样的了，其实讲真的，物以类聚。 你自己是不在乎benefit的人就会吸引同样的人，你是总算计的人也会吸引一样的人。 我儿子的老师，我知道的3个女的都是生了孩子没领证的，男的收入跟他们相当，其中一个我玩的比较近聊过，她们都认为彼此都没准备好要对对方做这么大的承诺，但是同时双方又很喜欢小盆友（33+）认为目前的状态是最好的，没麻烦没操心都能做父母， 我个人满同意的。

NY要满10年婚龄才可以申请spouse support..而且据我看到的实际例子，普通都是拿W2的普通工资（20W以下）还有房贷孩子的，离婚的女的基本上拿不到什么钱。。。。。。

其实也挺麻烦的
第一，以后结婚的话，有个代孕的孩子在这里，也是个issue，当然technically算作离婚的也可以，不是很大issue
第二，财产方面是分割不开的，孩子总能分到吧，那么和她妈总有关系吧
第三，代孕妈妈以后还可以再婚，比如嫁了一个混混，那么additional hassle就会来临
