Jersey city和周边的租房价格是涨的啊 。 从价格看，没受什么影响。

房价没有跌，但是最近租客比较少。

有MM私信问短租的，不好意思，楼里不允许。9-10个月的可以考虑，3-4个月的就不行了。

据说那里房子一房一厅900尺的高层$3000一个月
