最近refinance jumbo loan 7 ARM的rate最低是多少？

坐标湾区，看到网上有一些询问refinance rate的帖子，是不是最近rate很低？请问最近有人refinance过jumbo loan么？能否share一下rate以及是从哪家银行贷款？

I got 2.125% 5-yr ARM, jumbo. rate locked in Feb. not sure about the rate now.
7-yr ARM is about 0.25% higher at that time.
but usually my rate is better than most people could get.

如果是低于76万5的loan，基本上15y fixed都可以做2.5了，30y也在3以内，no cost refi

BOA does not have the 1M line anymore (believe it's 3M now). I only used 250k asset for this mortgage so reduced it by 0.125%.
