是的，也许是我心里作用吧，感觉比一般椰子油更容易在皮肤发热，但是缺点是我买的那瓶没有味道。下次打算加点薄荷油，薰衣草精油一起。

有效，止疼效果不错，这是推荐的用法，但不会逆转膝盖的病理病损就是。 像楼主这样用来按摩用是不对的，除非楼主常年有大面积背疼，腰疼的毛病。

首先你得涂上厚厚的一层 然后你的皮肤吸收力倍儿棒的话 估计能吸收进去一点点
