付款填错银行账号会被银行罚款吗？

家里刚装了fios，在网上填了银行付账信息。结果收到付款失败消息，charge 了 30块 return fee。可能是我填错了银行账号吧。但是，银行会对Verizon罚款吗？如果银行账号填错了，transaction根本不会通过吧，为什么要罚款呢？还是说这个是Verizon对我的罚款？

Verizon的手续费吧

回复3楼肉肉熊的帖子 一般手续费包括两部分，处理手续费和电报费，有最少收费，超过一定额度才会按百分比收，如果是国际转账，30块不多

听上去用的是 Verizon 的 auto-pay discount with debit card or checking account。最好确认一下他们不会因此取消你的Auto pay。另外如果第一次出现这个问题看他们肯不肯免掉手续费。

忘了哪儿看到过，好像说如果取消debit 的auto pay,再重新setup 的话，Verizon 不一定再给auto pay discount，问清楚吧。
