"Every life is a story" is a project by L'Eco di Bergamo dedicated to the memory of people who died in these weeks. An attempt to remember that will involve those who feel the need: family, friends and acquaintances of those who left us. A small therapy that has no healing claims, but can help heal the soul, through writing which, as such, is always a shelter. A way to "deal" with an unsolvable and difficult to accept event. Everyone can write their own memory of a loved one, trying to say what it has not been possible to say or simply recalling the uniqueness of those who have lived alongside us for so many years. Or even leaving a prayer in the name of a faith that lives death as the hope of resurrection. Words are a medicine, those addressed to those we love go beyond the End because love is stronger than death and does not end when someone is missing. Missing women and men live somewhere in us: we are who we are because we have lived a bond with those who are gone. The death of someone is despair, loneliness, despair. But it can become a land where a flower can grow: ours of people who do not survive suffering but return to live.

"Official" coronavirus deaths reached 2,984 in the province of Bergamo. 2,977 people died in the 18-year terrorist attack in New York.
