因为你家的是拉布拉多串串啊，一般都是超级大乖狗
租客一定要养的话建议养不掉毛的品种， 这样他走了你打扫卫生省点力气，而且他要是给狗在家洗澡的话比较不容易堵你的下水管
至于啃墙什么的，属于狗压力大还是缺营养才会发生的事吧，我家只有一只贵宾小时候因为总把它自己关在家里一整天才啃过窗台角，后来注意了就好了，并不是所有狗都会破坏，我觉得比猫挠墙挠家具挠地毯好控制多了
我也觉得这样差不多，尤其是对好租客而言，没必要太过于苛刻
