Serological testing may be helpful for the diagnosis of suspected patients with negative RT–PCR results and for the identification of asymptomatic infections.

樣本都是重症住院的患者,14%是加護病房的患者,其他的樣本住院的median天數是五天,康復的病人都有抗體,不過數量不一。.
之前还有报道认为感染早期抗体水平高反而容易是重症。冲突可能是由于这个研究都是在重症病人
这个可以根据病毒变异速度推测
是綜和其他冠狀病毒的例子來判斷,除非這病毒跟其餘以前已知的同類型病毒完全不同
推测是一回事,这个是可能性。但是总要验证之后才有结论吧。
就像一般病毒无症状者不会传染,但这个病毒的无症状者传染性一点不差。
