By the way - any kind of ordinary research would have told the author that many security agencies around the world are calling for an investigation of this lab - as is the entire country of Australia. The backlash from China is to threaten trade sanctions against Australia.

A government doesn't have a race. Criticism of government, therefore, can't be rcist. If Canada was accused of the same, would it be rcist and inflammatory? Why/why not? Just because the Chinese government is comprised of people of one race, doesn't make criticism of that government rcist. Government representing only one race, on the other hand, could be perceived as such.
