不可能是思维单纯，太小看人家了。
我是觉得，他的目标应该是很好的。但是不管是疫苗还是厕所，造出来应该不是最大的挑战，真正要实施，离不开who这种国际组织，光是他自己的团体是不可能的。要想真正实现，没有who这种全世界尤其在穷国有影响力的组织合作是不可能的，要想在中国做事也必须是跟中国合作，没有其他办法。为了这点，他也不可能会出来指责他们做的不好的一点。
“能在第三世界做事”和实际上“做了为第三世界好的事”根本就是两个概念。而corruption的结局就是让有些国家可以躲在这些机构的背后实现所有的政治目的。
