The obligation of airlines to provide refunds, including the ticket price and any optional fee charged for services a passenger is unable to use, does not cease when the flight disruptions are outside of the carrier’s control (e.g., a result of government restrictions).

Where did you buy the UA ticket? My dad's flight in late May got cancelled, I used mileage, changed to 6/2nd, no fee at all My mom's flight in mid April got cancelled, paid with CC and purchased with UA online directly, changed to June, no fee at all.

退多少你去问UA啊!你到底问过UA了没有?一分钱不退是UA说的?
这种情况有可能一分钱都拿不到。如果票很便宜,就当打水漂了吧。我公婆去年底来,3月底的回程被取消,因为是Expedia订的,UA根本不管。
我给Expedia前前后后打了7,8个小时电话,永远没人接听,最后一天才给了回电选择。客服让我在线等了3个小时,说他在查规定计算余额,最后.....告诉我余额为0,没钱可退....简直浪费时间!
这就没办法了,后半程是多少都是UA说了算的。我们有次差不多的情况,说后半程只有全价的1/4。最后还是咬牙付了差价改的票。那个以后就能不坐就不坐他家了,到打医生那个事儿后,直接一生黑了,再没坐过他家。
Refund为0显然不合理,毕竟是双程票,还是UA自己Cancel的,如果你没打过电话的话,建议给UA打个电话,告诉它DOT的规定,多多少少会退些钱。换的话肯定补差价,没有一点点疑问。前提是你直接从UA买的票,通过代理的话就难说了。
说说我的情况, 我是2月被取消的, 当时打电话过去联航还是愿意退款的。 我买的时候$1080 (700 +380的premium seat), 半程愿意给我退$330. 不过我也没退就是了。 放在那里等什么时候有机票再什么时候改
航空公司取消的一般可以给你免费改一次,第二次就要收手续费了。
请问UA把多少号之前的给取消了。
我父母也是六月初的票,也被取消了。但是老头老太太还是希望早些回去。唉。
我妈妈年年飞UA,没有过任何问题,今年4月底改成9月底的 付了40多元差价 还可以吧 一点小钱 航空公司也不容易
