3月28日申请的，当时就确认了，但是一直不见credit。期间几次联系chase，在线及电话客服感觉都瘫痪了，没有真人回应，电话过去就是office现在close。
今天终于收到chase的邮件，看来还在跟联航，这样还不如之前在联航上直接退了。

另外一程订的夏威夷航空，网站上直接退了，给了退票的凭证，看说明是再订的时候需要电话过去，提供这个凭证，看来要全人工操作的。
最后的问题是看样子这些credit都是一年内有效的，那么再订的时候，选什么时间的机票比较合适？不知道今冬或者明春哪个合适？
我用了你的方法，在线死磕chase的online support，等了半个小时终于第一个活人来聊天，弄到一半chase那边又断了。继续等第二个人，这次终于给弄好了，给退的chase的point和cash，邮件确认了，需要等一到两个billing cycle，前后历经了一个半小时，这样比退chase的credit要灵活及安全的多，感谢你的信息！
