TPP和老川后来签的单独的协议本质没区别，都是属于区域内经济合作协议。老川和日本单独签的条件更优惠些。因为老川反对O8的一切，就退出了TPP.但日本还在牵头TPP。现在看来也没啥效果。中国有和日本签订了区域合作基本就架空了TPP.TPP现在基本名存实亡。
