Arhhhh, that's tough. I do recall it being very difficult for me during that time. I am not sure what to suggest. We used a little bit Tylenol when she was very miserable during teething, crying inconsolably, etc. But be very careful not to overuse it. If she was able to calm down with rocking or nursing. Is your baby teething? I do not think there is very much you can do... We survived it by nursing to sleep/nap.

晚上睡不好，总是醒，有可能缺钙缺锌。尤其是7个月是不是正在长牙？我朋友家的娃也是同样问题，补了钙，晚上睡觉踏实多了，我们家娃9个月，还没出牙，正要出。也是缺钙，盗汗，最近也是在补钙补锌。晚上睡觉好多了。
