老美的思维真和中国人不一样。老美成年人之间不存在管不管，都是自己为自己负责。除非州长宣布宵禁，军队确保执行之外，理论上来说大家都可以出门溜达。所以美国也就这样吧，指望stay at home把病毒清零是不可能的，只能走群体免疫或者疫苗这条路
收不了，他们身强力壮的，得了就好了。但是美国病毒不能清零，就会有人死，大家不能回去过正常的生活，美国人集体为他们买单
